Real Estate Salesperson - Pre-license Education

Wisconsin Residents

To apply for a Real Estate Salesperson license, you must satisfy the educational requirements by submitting evidence of one of the following:

Updated 72-Hour Real Estate Salesperson Pre-License Program Curriculum:  Approved by the Real Estate Examining Board on November 15, 2012.

Endorsement Applicants (who have been licensed in another state for at least 2 years within the last 4 years)

To apply for a Real Estate Salesperson license, you must satisfy the educational requirements by submitting evidence of one of the following:

Forms for Educators:

Course approval applications must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the first date the course will be offered.

Pre-License Course Approval Application For Approval of Real Estate Credit Classroom Courses Which Satisfy the 72-hour or 36-hour Requirement  (Form #828)

Application for Approval of Non-Credit Pre-License Broker's and Salesperson's Programs (Form #830)

Application for Approval of Real Estate Instructor (Form #831)
