Pop-up Blocker Settings in Internet Explorer. First, go to Tools > Pop-up Blocker > Pop-up Blocker Settings...to open the Pop-up Blocker Settings window. With the Pop-up Blocker Settings window open, add apps.commerce.wi.gov and apps.commerce.wi.gov as allowed sites as shown below. If you have questions about the use of Internet Explorer Pop-up Blocker, click on the Pop-up Blocker FAQ link in the lower left part of the Pop-up Blocker Settings window.
