PECFA Occurrence Classification

Occurence Classification forms are no longer required for sites that have a DNR notification date of May 1, 2006 or earlier. Task 29-Occurrence Classification, on the Usual & Customary Costs Schedule, is only eligible for reimbursement if a form was completed and received by the department on or before February 28, 2008. The scoring of sites was a one-time event that occurred immediately after Comm 47 became effective on May 1, 2006. New sites entering the PECFA program are not required to complete this form. No penalty will be applied for not completing a classification form.
