Logging into the system:

In order to log-in, you need to have available the User ID and PASSWORD that was sent to you by the Department of Safety and Professional Services via letter. After entering your User ID and PASSWORD, click on the "Submit Query" button. This will log you into the system and you should see a page stating, "PECFA Customer Loan Reporting." If you have misplaced your User ID or PASSWORD or if you have trouble logging into the system, contact Renee' Dickey in the PECFA BUREAU at (608) 264-8765. Please keep in mind that the password is case sensitive and must be entered exactly as it is printed on your letter.
