These reporting requirements are a result of the implementation of the revised Chapter Comm 47, Wisconsin Administrative Code, implemented May 1, 2006.

Comm 5.10 (1) (a) 12.j., Wis. Adm. Code provides the ability for PECFA to deny, suspend or revoke the PECFA registration for any consultant who "Failed to submit a required notice or report to the department, within the required period of time".
