S&B Links Related to Codes

Code titles changing: Administrative codes previously under the authority of the Department of Safety and Professional Services have been retitled to reflect the authority of the new Department of Safety and Professional Services. "Comm" codes are "SPS" codes as of January 1, 2012. Also, "300" was added to all the current code numbers. For example, Comm 81 is SPS 381. SPS 305 was Comm 5.
