If you wish to change an email address as part of one or more S&B email subscription groups, you can follow the instructions as to how to unsubscribe given at the end of any email you have received.  Then you can go online to choose what email groups you wish to be part of and subscribe under your new email address.  If your old email is no longer valid, you don't have to "unsubscribe" if you don't want to bother.  The old address will eventually be automatically eliminated from S&B's email subscription system when the system gets back repeated email rejection notices.
