-- S&B's program for manufactured/mobile homes includes titling services for manufactured/mobile homes, licensing manufactured home dealers, sellers, and park owners/sites, approving plans for water and sewer utilities for manufactured/mobile home parks, and enforcing utility rate rules.

-- The S&B Manufactured Homes (HUD) program functions as the "State Administrative Agency" under the federal Housing and Urban Development Manufactured Homes Program. The primary facet is to investigate complaints and to facilitate compliance with HUD. Responsibilities include review at manufactured dwelling plants, inspection of homes on-site, and coordinating the flow of information between HUD, state agencies, manufacturers, dealers, and consumers.
