S&B Prefabricated Manufactured Home Program

This Safety and Buildings Division program functions as the "State Administrative Agency" under the federal Housing and Urban Development Manufactured Homes Program. The primary facet is to investigate complaints and to facilitate compliance with HUD. Responsibilities include review at plants, inspection of homes on-site, and coordinating the flow of information between HUD, state agencies, manufacturers, dealers, and consumers.

Search S&B records.  The ability to search S&B records concerning manufactured homes is now available.  On the search page, go to "Database Search for Specific Records" dropdown and choose "Manufactured Homes."   Then click on "Go to detailed search."

Modular Home Manufacturers approved in accordance with UDC SPS 320.14 - May 6, 2011, PDF file
