What Needs Gas Systems Plan Review?
Liquid Petroleum Gas tank installation - 2000 gallon and larger, or 4000 gallon aggregate, per SPS 340.42; Compressed Natural Gas tank installation - any size installations, per SPS 340.61; Liquid Natural Gas tank installation - 2000 gallon and larger, per Comm 40.51; Gaseous Hydrogen Facilities - any size installations, per SPS 340.71; Liquefied Hydrogen Facilities - 2000 gallon and larger, or 4000 gallon aggregate, per SPS 340.81; Installation of Anhydrous Ammonia systems per SPS 343.10.
Is Inspection Involved?
Yes, when plan submittal is required, inspections are needed, with 5-day advance notice to the district gas systems inspector.
