The Council on Real Estate Curriculum and Examinations advises the Real Estate Examining Board on establishing continuing education requirements under
Wis. Stat. § 452.05(1)(d), and reviews subjects covered on examinations for achieving and maintaining licensure in the professions regulated by the Board, as specified in
Wis. Stat. § 452.06.
Members
The members of the Council on Real Estate Contractual Curriculum and Examinations are appointed by the Governor to serve 4-year terms as outlined in
Wis. Stat. § 15.407(5). The Council consists of 5 real estate brokers or salespersons and 2 public members. Of the real estate broker or salesperson members, 1 member shall be a member of the Real Estate Examining Board (appointed by the Real Estate Examining Board), at least 2 members shall be licensed real estate brokers, and at least 1 member shall be a licensed real estate salesperson. Of the public members at least 1 member shall have at least 2 years of experience in planning or presenting real estate educational programs.
