New Wis. Admin. Code Changes Effective October 1, 2015
Multiple changes became effective on October 1, 2015 for Real Estate Brokers in Ch. REEB 12 and Ch. REEB 25. These changes established new application requirements and new continuing education requirements for Real Estate Salespersons and Brokers.
Please note: Beginning with the December 2016 renewal, Brokers are no longer exempt from CE requirements if it is their first biennium being licensed as a Broker.
For the 2021-2022 Biennium, all license holders are required to complete 18 hours of approved continuing education. The 18 hours must include completion of 3 hours for each of the 6 required course topics. Continuing education providers must offer 3 modules within each of the 6 required courses. Licensees may complete any of the 3 modules offered with a provider for one of the 6 courses. For the 2021-2022 Biennium, elective requirements are not part of the 18 required hours.
For the 2023-2024 Biennium, all license holders are required to complete 18 hours of approved continuing education. The 18 hours must include completion of 12 mandatory courses and 6 hours of elective courses. CE Requirements
18 hours (6 courses of 3-hour modules with specific course content approved by the Real Estate Examining Board).

Forms for Educators
Course approval applications must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the first date the course will be offered.
Providers need to submit a new application for courses to be offered during the 2019-2020 biennium. There are no course renewals.
