The Division of Industry Services (DIS) establishes and enforces minimum safeguards to life, health, and property as they relate to explosive materials. DIS administers credentials for blasters. Consultation and inspections are made with respect to the manufacture, use, storage, handling, and interstate transportation of explosive materials.
