Behavioral Health Review Committee

The Behavioral Health Review Committee is appointed by the Secretary of the Department of Safety & Professional Services, and is created under Wis. Stat. 440.043, to provide advice concerning behavioral health.

Members

The agency may use informal conferences and consultations to obtain the viewpoint and advise of interested persons with respect to contemplated rule making. The agency also may appoint a committee of experts, interested persons or representatives of the public to advise it with respect to any contemplated rule making. The committee shall have advisory powers only.

Public Comments to the Committee

The Behavioral Health Review Committee announces that it will conducting a review of requirements for obtaining a credential under s. 440.88, subchapter III of ch. 440, ch. 455, and ch. 457, Stats., at the time and place specified on the meeting agenda and published notice.

The Behavioral Health Review Committee will accept appearances at the meeting. Written comments may be submitted in advance of the meeting at DSPSAdminRules@wisconsin.gov until 9:00 a.m. on September 24, 2018.
