The Optometry Examining Board is created under
Wis. Stat. § 15.405(8) and has authority as outlined in
Wis. Stat. ch. 449.
Members
The members of the Optometry Examining Board are appointed by the Governor and confirmed by the Legislature to serve four-year terms. The Board consists of five licensed optometrists and two public members.

The Occupational Therapy Compact Commission (OTCC) invites you to provide public comments regarding the Data
System Rules and Rules
on Definitions. The public comment period is for 30 days, from November 8 – December 8, 2023. Anyone interested in reviewing and/or providing public comment can click the link to each document and follow the instructions for submitting comments. After considering public comments, the OTCC will hold a special meeting on January 11, 2024 to vote each of these rules.
