The Contractual Forms Advisory Council assists the Real Estate Examining Board and the Department in review, modification, and creation of real estate forms.
Members
The members of the Real Estate Contractual Forms Advisory Council are appointed by, and serve at the pleasure of, the Real Estate Examining Board. Pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 452.06(1)(a) the Council must be chaired by a member of the Real Estate Examining Board.
