The Real Estate Examining Board is created under
Wis. Stat. § 15.405(11m) and has authority as outlined in
Wis. Stat. ch. 452.
The Real Estate Examining Board shall consist of seven members appointed to staggered 4-year terms. Five of the members shall be real estate brokers or salespersons licensed in this state. Two members shall be public members. No member may serve more than 2 terms.

The Real Estate Examining Board recently approved revisions to the following forms
- WB-24 Option to Purchase
- WB-40 Amendment to Offer to Purchase
- WB-41 Notice Relating to Offer to Purchase
- WB-44 Counter-Offer
- WB-45 Cancellation Agreement and Mutal Consent
The optional use date begins 5/1/2022 and the mandatory use date will be 7/1/2022
