The Real Estate Examining Board is created under Wis. Stat. § 15.405(11m) and has authority as outlined in Wis. Stat. ch. 452.
The Real Estate Examining Board shall consist of seven members appointed to staggered 4-year terms. Five of the members shall be real estate brokers or salespersons licensed in this state. Two members shall be public members. No member may serve more than 2 terms.

*Board members whose terms have expired may continue to serve until their successor is confirmed by the Senate.
The Real Estate Examining Board recently approved revisions to the WB-13 Vacant Land Offer to Purchase and the WB-15 Commercial Offer to Purchase forms. The optional use date begins 1/1/2021 and the mandatory use date will be 2/1/2021.
