If you need to renew a credential expired less than 5 years ago, please log in here: https://online.drl.wi.gov/UserLogin.aspx.profession page and application forms here: http://dsps.wi.gov/Licenses-Permits/Credentialing.

Nursing Applicants: Only new nursing graduates applying by examination whose schools participate in the OLAS are eligible to apply online.
All other applicants must print off, complete, and mail in application materials found here:  http://dsps.wi.gov/LicensesPermitsRegistrations/Credentialing-Division-Home-Page/Health-Professions.  OLAS eliminates the paper application process and reduces processing time for applicants, as well as allows for timely and efficient communication.

WI Board of Nursing-Approved Schools interested in participating in OLAS email a request to DSPS@wi.gov.
