All initial, reinstatement, and renewal applications for a Trades credential must now be made through
LicensE, your online, self-guided licensing platform.

We are transitioning our forms to an online platform, AccessGov, that meets Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) guidance. You will be able to submit some forms directly within the platform, while some may require you to download as a PDF and upload to another system. As of May 6th, 2026, all forms must be completed using the AccessGov system. Please follow the instructions on each form to ensure proper submission.
A license is required if there are three or more manufactured homes are located on a plot or plots of ground. To be licensed as a manufactured home community, the licensee must submit an application packet and meet the requirements set forth in
Wis. Admin. Code ch. SPS 326.
