eSLA The Electronic Safety and Licensing Application (eSLA) is now live for Manufactured Homes Communities​. Customers must use eSLA to submit plan reviews/permits, as well as search the Public Lookup for this program area.

License Information

A license is required if there are three or more manufactured homes are located on a plot or plots of ground. To be licensed as a manufactured home community, the licensee must submit an application packet and meet the requirements set forth in Wis. Admin. Code § SPS 326.
