Transportation Network Company

We are transitioning our forms to an online platform, AccessGov, that meets Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) guidance. You will be able to submit some forms directly within the platform, while some may require you to download as a PDF and upload to another system. As of May 6th, 2026, all forms must be completed using the AccessGov system.  Please follow the instructions on each form to ensure proper submission.

​License Information

Per Wis. Stat. § 440.08(2), the required renewal date for the Transportation Network Company credential is 2/28/ each odd-numbered year. Should you receive your initial credential in the months leading up to this date, you are still required to renew your license by the statutorily defined date.

Requirements

• FEE (See Renewal Dates and Fees)
• SIG  (Attestation the applicant is a Transportation Network Company that satisfies all applicable requirements under Wis. Stat. § 440.42, 440.44, 440.45 and 440.48)
• AFP [Answer the question in regards to Agent for Process.  If this person has changed since the initial issuance of the license or since the last renewal, please contact the Department at (608) 266-2112 or DSPS@wisconsin.gov.]
