Class 1 Hearing - Application Denial
A DSPS Class 1 Hearing - Application Denial is a formal administrative review process invoked when an applicant’s request for a professional license or credential is formally rejected by the state. Governed by Wisconsin Administrative Code SPS 1, this evidentiary hearing allows the denied applicant to challenge the department's decision by presenting arguments and evidence before an Administrative Law Judge.
