Wisconsin's 2% Fire Dues Appeals Board is the state's board-appointing authority responsible for establishing a Fire Dues Appeals Program - including goals, timetables, and compliance with all federal and state laws and regulations.
Officers & Members
The members of the 2% Fire Dues Appeals Board are appointed by and serve at the pleasure of the Secretary of the Department of Safety and Professional Services. The Board consists of (1) Volunteer Fire Chief, (1) Paid Fire Chief, (1) Fire Inspector, (1) Volunteer Firefighter, (1) Paid Firefighter, (1) Representative of the League of Wisconsin Municipalities, and (1) Representative of the Wisconsin Towns Association.
