Online Auction Regulations Revised May 1, 2026
Effective May 1, 2026, there were updates to CRCR 25-030: SPS 120 to 126 relating to Online Auctions. Download the PDF of the update here.
Wisconsin law regulates auction contracts, requiring certain information be included in the contract, and that the client receive a copy of the contract upon signing. This checklist has been developed to help auctioneers compare their contracts with the requirements in SPS 124: Written Contracts.
