Overview
This page is the subsite for a Psychologist credential, for applicants who are credentialed in another state, and seeking credentialing in Wisconsin (through reciprocity). Application requirements for this method, including applicable forms, can be found on this page.
Before You Apply
A current credential in good standing in another state, territory, foreign country or province is required. The credential must remain active until the Wisconsin credentialing process is complete.
Reciprocity applications require a detailed comparison of the originating state's licensure requirements to Wisconsin's requirements.
Please see the Reciprocity Information page linked below in the Additional Profession Info section for states/licenses that are not reciprocal. If your current credential is listed, please use the Initial Application method to apply.
