Can the DSPS help tenants with heating complaints?

DSPS does not handle such complaints. We refer them to the Consumer Protection Division at the Department of Agriculture, Trade, and Consumer Protection (DATCP) at 608-224-4953 or 800-422-7128 or DATCPHotline@wi.gov.
