State of Wisconsin ID Tags

How do I order State of Wisconsin tags for newly installed boilers and pressure vessels?  

Wisocnsin tags can be ordered by certified inspectors via phone 608-266-2112 or email DSPSSBMaterialOrders@wisconsin.gov.

Information necessary for placing an order: include your name, current employer, Wisconsin Boiler Inspector Certification number, and mailing address.

Specify if you are ordering “B” tags for boilers or “U” tags for unfired pressure vessels, as well as the quantity of each desired.
