Wisconsin Statute Section 463.16
This section establishes the manner under which a local health department or other government agency may regulate tattoo and body art establishments under Wis. Stat. sec. 463..16.
Delegated Agent Table
The list identifies identifies the municipalities that are delegated to issue licenses to, and make investigations or inspections of: tattooists; tattoo establishments; body piercers; and body-piercing establishments.
Some agencies contract with a secondary agency to perform services. This is also noted in the table below.
