Delegated Agents for Private On-Site Wastewater Treatment System (POWTS) Plan Review

Wisconsin Administrative Code Section SPS 383.23
This section establishes the manner under which a governmental unit may perform POWTS plan reviews under SPS Table 383.22-2. Agencies exercising this authority may be delegated for one or more of the following:
Commercial and/or residential systems that will completely utilize approved component manuals and products.
At grade.
Mound.
Non-pressurized, in-ground.
Pressurized, in-ground.
Replacement septic and pump tanks.
Holding tanks utilizing approved component manuals and products.
